Well, not totally colorblind. I always knew my color vision is not perfect but I never knew what kind of weakness it was. After reading a good amount of colorblindness-articles on the interwebs I came to the conclusion that it is most likely Deuteranopia (green weakness). That doesn't mean I can't see green at all. According to Wikipedia that means I'm "poor at discriminating small differences in hues in the red, orange, yellow, green region of the spectrum."

Can you see the 49 in this picture? Well, I can't. No big deal... or is it?

This brings me to the most important question: Who's fault is it? Well of course it's my mother's fault. She doesn't have any problems with seeing colors, so she only has one of her two X chromosomes affected. Oh, ain't she lucky. Thats the X chromosome I got from her and of course that's one messed up X chromosome too much for a male. Ask my brother, he has it too.

Anyways, theres nothing I can do about it so please consider that before judging my coloring... and please don't pity me. I'm still seeing everything the same way I saw it my whole life. It's not like I lost anything, i just never had it...
